Came here for a late lunch at 3 and it is much less crowded during their brunch time. food is fresh and delicious. I had the turkey and swiss. I wasn't even hungry but I still finished the side potato salad and half of the sandwich, it was that good. the place is clean and has cozy decorations, a great place to meet up with friends!

Once again Willowood knocked it out of the park. Our experience was really enhanced by the amazing new server that we had, regreatedly I don't remember her name! The service is always good but she added to our dining experience. The biggest problem is what to order since everything is so delicious. We shared a delicious Caesar salad. The romaine was so fresh, brushed with dressing and covered in Parmesan cheese. My daughter finally got the amazing chicken pot pie, piping hot, tasty pastry and loads of chicken and veggies. I had the super creamy goat cheese and pesto polenta with roasted red onions and Roma tomatoes. We both had containers to take home. One time I just want to stop by for coffee and one of their delicious desserts because I'm also to full for dessert. We sat out on the spacious patio and had a lovely, late lunch.

Best steak sandwich I've ever had! I could not recommend more. I will be stopping by any time I head to the Russian River now

Delicious! We don't visit Graton often, but we sure are glad we tried this place. We came for an early lunch and were seated in their patio, which was lovely. It got a little warm because of the summer heat, but once they turned on the fan it was perfect. The pot pie was not only delicious, but beautiful to look at, and the vegetable ragout on polenta was creamy and filling. The sandwich was good too! We were definitely impressed and look forward to trying everything on their menu.

Even with a deceptively long line, waiting to get in to the café during the lunch hour. The wait was only 10 minutes. Kudos to the hostess for being able to yell my name loudly down the street to make sure we didn't miss our seating... The wait was worth it as the food is pretty amazing here and the prices are fairly reasonable compared to other restaurants these days. The restaurant gets extra stars for not padding the bill with add-on fees -- just the meal, tax, and a place to remind you to leave a (well-deserved) tip., as service was pleasant and timely (with extra points for the guy who spotted our half-empty water glasses and refilled them). We had a huevos two ways -- well sort of... My BFAS** had the more conventional Huevos rancheros, with the eggs, being poached, I opted for the Carnitas plates instead of with those Carnitas and ordered a side order of two eggs over medium to throw on top -- much better in my opinion, as the carnitas were spot-on, Not overly salty and just the right amount of grease As Arnold Schwarzenegger would say, "we'll be back". ** BFAS: Best Friend And Spouse

Walking into Willow Wood feels like stepping back in time. The interior gives a warm, cozy, country store feel. Willow Wood (sister restaurant to Underwood across the street) offers a unique comfort food menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I was in the area mid afternoon, around 3pm, and ordered a few items from the lunch menu to-go: -pear and goat cheese salad - $15.75 *this was fresh and delicious with crunchy little gem lettuce and candied walnuts -goat cheese and pesto polenta with garlic bread - $18.95 *tasty flavor combo but polenta is probably better enjoyed fresh at the restaurant - they offer a few polenta options *devoured the garlic bread! -roasted pork tenderloin sandwich - spinach, fontina, basil aioli (hold the mustard) - $18.50 *my guy liked this cozy sandwich which came with a small side of potato salad and pickled veggies

Willow wood has been our favorite place to visit when we are in the area for breakfast! The customer service is always top knotch and the food is always amazing. They have a nice atrium like seating outside which is very nice. If you plan to visit I definitely recommend you go early as it is a very popular place. Ps try the yogurt parfait it is amazing!!

Worth the drive! A good friend recommended this place to us, and we've been back a few times. The eclectic dining room doubles as a local market/gift shop. There is a large enclosed patio perfect for a relaxing morning. Everything is so fresh and thoughtfully prepared. Their creamy polenta is perfection and not something you see often on a breakfast menu. The menu offerings occasionally rotate. It would be great if they opened earlier, and it can definitely get busy on the weekend-reservations recommended for large groups.
